Weiss Properties debuts followup to Cobalt Apartments
Weiss Properties strikes again in Downtown Somerville. Just three years after the grand opening of The Cobalt Apartments, Weiss is unveiling a sequel—The Davenport Apartments.
Located at 21 Davenport St., the five-story, 60-unit building was constructed to capture the energetic and creative identity of Downtown Somerville. Its distinctive purple accents, floor to ceiling windows and prime location surely caught consumers’ eyes, as the Davenport received more than 350 inquiries before officially opening.
Nestled steps from Main Street, the building offers one and two-bedroom units, ranging from 956 square feet to 1379 square feet.
“The timing couldn’t be better,” President Robert Weiss explained when asked about the building’s grand opening. “For those looking for a suburban lifestyle of open space, greenery and privacy without having to sacrifice a vibrant and exciting city life with award-winning restaurants, bars and entertainment, The Davenport is the perfect destination. This building offers suburban living with a cosmopolitan vibe.”
The Davenport focused on creating an unparalleled living experience with its diverse amenities and apartment features. And, at a time when outdoor space is in high demand, residents can enjoy a serene courtyard lounge with a seating area surrounding a fireplace. Other amenities include a club-quality fitness gym, club room with a pool table and an enclosed parking deck with direct building access for the cold winters.
As one of the only pet-friendly buildings in Somerville, the building offers a doggy wash for all of its furry friends.
